Career spans more than 40 years as director, playwright, dramaturg, actor, producer, teacher, mentor in theatre, music theatre, opera and theatre for young people. Artistic Director of La Boite Theatre, Brisbane 1993 - 2000. Chair Backbone Youth Arts 2008 – 2017. Thirteen play commissions. Nineteen industry awards in Australia and New Zealand.
