This submission to the Commercial Radio Code of Practice review looks at the need to update the code due to the technological, economic, and cultural shifts that have significantly transformed the radio sector over the last decade, including the development of digital radio, which currently sits outside the code and the introduction of generative AI technologies, which are also currently unregulated.
