Grab a free snag after work and join with fellow staff from Sovereign Hill to celebrate a positive year of growing our union in 2015 and the evening anniversary of the Eureka Stockade 161 years ago.

This year we have been campaigning together to improve our rights at work and protect our working conditions and wages. We have defeated a push from management to cut our minimum call of four hours, and are still campaigning to make improvements to our working lives.

Today, we celebrate all the positive work of members and delegates in protecting our jobs in 2015 and we recognise the anniversary of the Eureka Stockade – the birth of Australian democracy in Ballarat.

Non-members are encouraged and welcome to join us to celebrate and have a snag for 2015!
