ON CONFIDENCE AND SELF DOUBT

That nagging seed of self-doubt, that lack of confidence that stops us from sticking our hand up or putting ourselves forward.

While these emotions are natural, we know that a failure to overcome them or address them in the workplace can hold us back.

Women in Media Queensland’s first event of the year will tackle the key issues of confidence and self-doubt with three talented speakers who have dealt with these very issues.

Alison Ariotti, Jillian Whiting and Rebecca Levingston are all huge success stories in their individual fields, but they’ve all had their moments of self-doubt. They’ll be sharing their tips on how to build your confidence (and fake it when you don’t feel confident).

We’ll also be hearing from Brisbane psychologist and performance coach Ross Chapman – who coaches some of the country’s biggest businesses and sporting teams – on practical ways to boost your confidence. Click here to read more about the speakers.

You are welcome to invite others to this event (including men, who are always very welcome at our events despite our name).

And a big thank you to our sponsors who make these events possible and affordable.
