Gender Equality in the Media and Arts - Victoria

Victoria’s Minister for Women Fiona Richardson MP, in partnership with MEAA, is hosting a forum on gender equality in the media, arts and entertainment industries.

The consultation will be attended Fiona Richardson and MEAA Victorian branch regional director Carolyn Dunbar and will be MC’d by well-known MEAA member Corinne Grant. It will include a panel discussion comprising Nadine Garner (actor), Patricia Cornelius (playwright) and Laurel Irving (journalist, 7 News).

MEAA members are encouraged to participate. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute your thoughts, experiences and ideas for change and to be involved in the creation of Victoria’s first-ever Gender Equality Strategy.
