The next Performer’s Collective Agreement (PCA) is currently being negotiated with the LPA- who have not agreed to a real wage increase. This will set the minimum wages and conditions for your live performance/theatre work for many years to come so it’s vital we hear about what is most important to you as negotiations continue.
