Going after Whistleblowers, Going after Journalism – the 2015 report into the state of Press Freedom in Australia looks at the most dangerous threats to public interest journalism in peacetime, with the tranches of national security laws enacted by the Australian Parliament. The laws threaten to persecute and prosecute whistleblowers and criminalise journalism.
