The Walkley Foundation is the professional development and training arm of MEAA. It offers a constantly-evolving program of courses, talks, seminars, forums, conferences and conventions for media professionals. Many are practical, hands-on training opportunities to enable journalists to learn and improve their skills, particularly using the new digital tools of storytelling. These training opportunities are made available at specially discounted rates for MEAA members.
