Journalism in the age of terror – how the media has become a battlefield.

You are invited by Journalism@RMIT to hear a speech by Peter Greste, the former high profile foreign correspondent, documentary filmmaker, and now the UNESCO Chair of Journalism and Communication at the University of Queensland.

An internationally recognised journalist with numerous awards for his work, Mr Greste spent two decades reporting from the front line in the world’s most dangerous countries before making headlines following his own incarceration in an Egyptian prison.
