A movement workshop for actors who want to explore their physical potential. We discover a series of  basic movements that stem from everyday gestures and movements. Then continue to explore these movements further by abstracting them and forming a simple string of movements ‘enchantment’. What follows is a discovery workshop supported by ‘groovy’ sound scapes and sound ideas that will inform and help us to reveal the hidden elements using certain physical theatre and choreographic devices  such as ‘mapping the negative space’ around each other’s pure moves. This is followed by a ‘double negative’ where you move  around the negative and so on until what you have created is a movement sequence that seems to have no relationship at all to the initial everyday gesture …’Babushka’.
